The most important rule would be to enjoy your stay at Chateau La Vallette and make the most of your stay in Valletta and the Maltese islands. During your stay, kindly consider the following:
- Excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly not allowed within the property. Should you have such issues with the neighbours, please call the police station, or your host on +356 99235285.
- Only approved and registered guests can enter the property.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property except for the designated smoking area in the common area – the courtyard or the private terrace in The Grand Harbour Suite.
- Please keep your suite and the common areas clean.
- You are kindly requested not to flush any tissues, sanitary pads or nappies in the toilet. Kindly make use of the bins provided in the ensuite.
- Enjoy the kitchen and facilities responsibly. All equipment can be used and please let us know if you have any difficulties.
- Linen and towels are provided for your stay at Chateau la Vallette. Should you require additional towels kindly let us know during your stay – extra fees may apply.
- Please help us in lowering the environmental impact by considering the utilities usage of water and electricity. To help us reduce our carbon footprint, we kindly ask you to turn off air conditioning when leaving the property. Please note that excessive and irresponsible use of utilities will be claimed from the security deposit.
- Please note that items that are damaged beyond repair will be charged. Kindly refer to the inventory list below for more information and details of charges.
